De Leo Consulting is excited to announce an upcoming opportunity to collaborate on a high-impact submission for the Public Transport Authority (PTA) of Western Australia’s forthcoming Technical & Engineering Consultancy Services (TECS) Panel Contract.
About the Opportunity
The PTA requires top-tier consultancy partners to provide technical and engineering advisory services for a range of operational and capital projects—including rail, road, structures, and more. This contract will be vital in supporting everything from major infrastructure planning and design to delivery, construction, assurance, safety, and digital integration, spanning an initial five-year period with potential extensions.
Expertise Needed
The PTA’s panel covers a wide selection of disciplines:
- Civil Engineering: Rail reserves, urban works, geotechnical investigations, structures, traffic, surveying.
- Management & Assurance: Systems or digital engineering, project management, safety, asset governance.
- Electrical Engineering: Earthing, bonding, EMC, power systems, overhead line equipment.
- Facilities & Infrastructure: Hydraulics, fire & life safety, mechanical & electrical systems, accessibility.
- Information Technology: Cyber security, software, IT systems.
- Communications & Signals: Communications and signaling engineering for rail and transport.
- Track, Rolling Stock, Maritime, and Specialist Services: Track design, rolling stock, maritime engineering, specialist research or recruitment, and more.
